Still Here
Ok, so, I haven't been posting much - well, anything, for awhile. Truth is, I haven't been riding, either. I rode once in September, and now, tonight, once so far in October. Been struggling with some sort of breathing problems and experimenting with asthma medicines so I haven't really felt like riding. Tonight wasn't too bad - 20 miles at 16.8, and I felt pretty good. Maybe I'll try again on Thursday.

Funny, I stopped by earlier to see if bloglines had been neglecting to do updates! Wondered how things were going. And now, here's a new post tonight! I hope you get your breathing problems controlled with the meds so you can enjoy riding more. Hopefully the fall air is better for your breathing; I know I do better this time of year than in the humid, 'thick' summer air.
Thanks for stopping by. I have been experimenting with different meds, and weighing the benefits against the side effects. Looks like Advair might be best so far. My desire to ride is coming back. I still have 700 miles to go for my goal this year - maybe...
